MEP Design Engineer

Job Description
- Design and review HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, and low-voltage systems as per project specifications and industry standards
- Prepare detailed MEP design calculations, layouts, and BOQs using AutoCAD and other MEP design software
- Coordinate closely with architects, structural engineers, consultants, and site teams to ensure proper MEP integration
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, sustainability guidelines, IS/NBC codes, and ECBC standards
- Participate in project planning, budgeting, and feasibility analysis for MEP-related works
- Review vendor/shop drawings, technical submittals, and material specifications to align with design requirements
- Provide technical support to on-site execution teams and resolve MEP-related challenges during construction
- Conduct design audits, system inspections, and quality checks to ensure adherence to approved standards and specifications
