Job Summary:

We are looking for a competent and detail-oriented MEP Design Engineer  with hands-on experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical system design . The candidate should have strong exposure to the MEP industry , be proficient in Revit and BIM 360 , and possess good knowledge of USA standards and codes . The role is based onsite in Ahmedabad  and involves working closely with multidisciplinary teams on US-based projects.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical systems  for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
  • Prepare detailed MEP drawings, layouts, schematics, and calculations  using Revit MEP .
  • Work on BIM 360  for coordination, model management, and clash detection.
  • Ensure compliance with USA standards and codes  such as ASHRAE, NEC, NFPA, IPC, and IMC.
  • Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other consultants.
  • Review and respond to RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings .
  • Assist in design development, construction documentation, and project execution.
  • Maintain accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of all design outputs.



Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering  or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years  of experience in MEP design .
  • Strong understanding of HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical systems .
  • Proficiency in Revit MEP  and working knowledge of BIM 360 .
  • Knowledge of USA standards and codes  (ASHRAE, NEC, NFPA, IPC, IMC).
  • Ability to work independently in an onsite environment.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on US-based projects .
  • Knowledge of LEED or sustainable building practices .
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Navisworks , or similar tools.
  • BIM coordination and clash resolution experience.
