Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing,) Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional who is experienced in MEP design, project management, and has a strong network within the construction and building industry. The MEP Engineer will be responsible for securing and managing MEP projects, with compensation tied directly to the value of the projects secured.Key Responsibilities:Project Acquisition: Identify and pursue potential MEP projects through industry connections, networking, and market research. Actively engage with architects, developers, contractors, and other stakeholders to secure new business.Design and Consultation: Provide expert MEP design and consultancy services for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Ensure that designs meet client requirements, industry standards, and local regulations.Project Management: Oversee the execution of MEP projects from concept to completion. Coordinate with other engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects.Technical Expertise: Stay updated on the latest advancements in MEP technology, best practices, and regulatory requirements. Apply this knowledge to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction.Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all projects, including client interactions, project progress, and financial performance. Provide regular reports to the management team on business development activities and project status.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering or a related field.Proven experience in MEP design, engineering, or project management.Strong network within the construction, real estate, or building industry.Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in MEP design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and other relevant tools.
