Position: MEP Manager - Project & Development Services

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Project Type: Comprehensive urban development with sustainable infrastructures

Estimated MEP Budget: Significant within total development

Reports to: Project Manager PDS

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: Within the PM team, lead and supervise all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) engineering aspects of the comprehensive urban development, including the integration of renewable energy systems, installations for 900 homes, public and tertiary buildings. Ensure the design, coordination and implementation of all technical installations from industrial structure rehabilitation to complete development of the residential and tertiary complex.
