Job Description

+ Supervise, monitor, and inspect MEP works on-site to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and industry standards.
+ Coordinate daily with the contractor, subcontractors, and other engineering disciplines.
+ Review MEP drawings, method statements, shop drawings, and material submissions.
+ Ensure all MEP installations align with project quality standards and client requirements.
+ Support construction progress by identifying potential issues and proposing solutions.
+ Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
+ Prepare site inspection reports, daily logs, and progress updates.
+ Ensure site safety, adherence to regulations, and implementation of HSE procedures.
+ Participate in coordination meetings with the client, contractor, and project team.
+ Ensure MEP works integrate properly with civil and marine structures.
