About the Company - Established in 1996, Hilite Group is diversified conglomerate headquartered in Kozhikode Kerala. Responsibilities -
- Assist in site supervision of MEP works including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire fighting system.
- Coordinate with contractors, sub contractors and site teams for smooth execution of MEP activities.
- Monitor daily site progress and prepare basic reports.
- Ensur E MEP works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and standards.
- Assist in inspections , testing and commissioning of MEP system.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/electrical
Required Skills-
- Basic knowledge in HVAC/ Electrical/ plumbing and firefighting systems, Ability to read and understand MEP drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- 2-4 years of experience in high rise or big commercial sites.
