We’re looking for a seasoned MEP Engineer with at least 5 years of hands‑on experience to support multifamily, warehouse, and office projects. This role is production‑focused—you’ll be deep in drawings, calculations, and coordination, making sure everything works, fits, and passes code.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce complete and accurate MEP production drawings for multifamily, warehouse, and office developments
• Perform engineering calculations for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Coordinate MEP systems with architectural and structural drawings
• Ensure designs comply with applicable local and national codes (NY codes preferred)
• Support permit and construction documentation processes
• Address RFIs and provide technical clarifications during design and construction phases
