The Role:

Project Manager - MEP

Preference – Interior Fitout industry

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Analyzing them in real time and suggesting the solution to achieve saving of electrical energy.
• Monitoring of all electrical assets and suggesting the solution to save the energy at one or the other way.
• Case studies of all the parameters of the system deeply at analyzing period and then suggesting solution for saving in energy
• Ensure the work quality/ specification as per drawings given by Architect/ Client.
• Switchgear, Cable & Lighting Design as per requirement.
• Estimation of material required at site.
• Attending weekly site meetings and prepare reports with photos, showing site progress.
• Inspect and check on health and safety at site.
• Site Management and Work Measurement
• Manage quality and good workmanship practice.
• Physically close out the Project
• Vendor bills certification and measurement certification of various site.
• Preparing BOQ and submitting quotation related to MEP activities for pitching new projects
• Electrical and HVAC load calculation for new pitches incase required

Exp: 5-7 yr

Education - BE Electrical

Location – Lower Parel, Mumbai

Ideal Profile:

• You have at least 3 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Real Estate and Professional Services.
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
• You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
