MEP Engineer

Responsible for creating 3D system CAD drawings in Revit for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing. Co-ordinate between trades to make sure their system fits in the given structural/architectural layouts. MEP Layout detailing, modelling, and drafting as per the customers requirements, for buildings and project sites, using Revit with all kinds of LOD 100 to 300 Preparation of HVAC shop drawings, ventilation and chilled water layout, duct and pipe size calculations, MEP co-ordination and clash detection with Architectural, Structure, and other disciplines regarding the project using Navisworks Review and QA/QC project deliverables. Must be an expert in the latest Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD software versions. Able to create parametric families aware of work set collaboration in BIM 360. Understanding and implementing ISO and other predefined work processes. Requirements Attention to detail. Meeting internal as well as customers quality standards and ensuring customer satisfaction. Execute tasks independently as well as part of a team. Coordinating within the team and with other teams for project completion by studying the customers requirements. Daily MIS reporting. Meeting pre-defined project delivery timelines. Maintain and monitor project reports, time-sheets, and other documents.
