Bachelor's degree in Construction Science, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred Entry-level to 3 years of commercial construction estimating experience MEP Estimating experience is required Proficiency with blueprint reading and estimating software (Building Connected, On-Center, Cost OS, Microsoft Office) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and analytical skills Valid Texas driver's license and ability to meet auto insurability requirements Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) credential is a plus Gillette Air Conditioning Co.
