MEP Estimator

OverviewThe MEP Estimator is tasked with managing construction estimating projects with a specialized focus on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) trades. The role ensures that a complete scope of work is documented and analyzed in a timely manner for cost and feasibility evaluations. This position involves considerable decision-making latitude and requires the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders such as architects, engineers, owners, subcontractors, and suppliers. This position is based in Fort Wayne office and is not remote.

Key Responsibilities

Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and documents to understand the scope of work and MEP requirements.

Conduct material take-offs and quantify necessary materials and resources based on drawings and specifications.
