MEP Estimator

We are seeking an MEP Estimator with a strong focus on Plumbing , proven experience in estimation and coordination, and a high proficiency in English. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of plumbing systems, and experience coordinating construction projects. Advanced Spoken English is Mandatory. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Interpret Technical Drawings: Accurately read and analyze specialized survey data, construction plans, and architectural blueprints. Construction Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules to ensure timely project execution. Drainage & Sewer Systems Knowledge: Solid understanding of drainage and wastewater infrastructure, including system layout and compliance standards. Purchase Order Management: Oversee the preparation, tracking, and reconciliation of purchasing orders for materials and services.
