Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced MEP Manager to lead the mechanical, electrical, and public health elements on a major data centre project in Frankfurt. This is a technically complex and fast-paced build, requiring a strong leader with a deep understanding of mission-critical systems and high-quality delivery.

Working for a global construction contractor, you’ll play a key role in managing subcontractors, interfacing with design teams, and ensuring that all MEP systems are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities


  • Manage all aspects of Mechanical and Electrical packages across the full project lifecycle




  • Coordinate with design consultants and BIM teams to ensure buildability and system integration




  • Lead MEP subcontractor meetings and interface with site and project managers




  • Monitor progress against programme, identify delays, and implement recovery plans




  • Oversee quality assurance, inspections, testing and commissioning of MEP systems




  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations




  • Support commercial teams with variations, valuations, and progress reports


    • Candidate Requirements


  • Minimum 10+ years' experience as an MEP Manager or MEP Lead




  • Proven experience on data centre, high-tech, or industrial projects




  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems (UPS, LV/MV, BMS, HVAC, etc.)




  • Ability to manage subcontractors and liaise with multiple stakeholders




  • Fluent English essential; German language skills highly desirable




  • EU passport or valid German work permit required
