MEP Manager

Description : JD of MEP Manager level

Should have minimum 15 years and #x27; experience in Execution of MEP works of

various commercial, residential and industrial projects with quality

work of projects and specialization in electrical, Preparation of the

detail BOQ and rough project cost , Visiting site to get the complete

idea of the project , Working knowledge of designing the plumbing, HVAC,

firefighting, layout for the given project and coordination with

electrical design , Project Management, Numerical skills, AutoCAD and

computer skills

Roles and Responsibilities

*             Conducting Kick off meetings and weekly progressive review

meetings with the contractors

*             Checking and addressing  the safety and quality issues

with the contractors.

*             Execution of Electrical, PHE works , Water Treatment

Plant, Sewage Treatment Plant and Fire Protection with a fair knowledge

on design of respective systems

*             Site Supervision during erection and amp; commissioning of MEP ,

PHE and amp; firefighting works.

*             Coordinate with design team and amp; contractors on works

progress at site, RFIA and #x27;s and on drawings related issues

*             Validation of BOQ and amp; estimate, Quantities extract from

drawings and checking/verifications of contractor and #x27;s bills etc.

*             Inspection of works, preparation of quality audit report,

taking over of completed works.

*             Motivating subordinates with technical guidance as and

when required

*        Educational Qualification - BE - Elec/Mech must. Must having

maximum 10 yrs of working experience in contracting industry. Also

looking for candidates who are successfully handed over the highrise

residential projects
