MEP Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• To handle & lead MEP team for complete Designing, Planning & installation of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing network in construction project
• Good in HVAC
• In house Co-ordination with management team for finalization of electrical, plumbing, firefighting, etc. drawings.
• Costing and tendering
• Must have exp. in executing and billing of CPWD / Govt building projects
• Electrical, plumbing, firefighting, etc. Material & store management with MIS reports on daily basis.
• MEP - Position is fully responsible to successfully manage, execute, complete, handover multiple MEP projects related to
• Manpower Labor management on daily basis.
• Maintenance of Electrical, Plumbing and firefighting assets of Existing logistics park of the organization in coordination with the facility manager
• development of logistic hubs at region, Institutional buildings, Infrastructure project...
