MEP Manager

We are seeking an experienced MEP Manager to lead mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems delivery for a hyperscale data center project. This role is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, installation, and commissioning of mission-critical infrastructure that supports high-availability operations. The MEP Manager will work closely with design teams, contractors, vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure all systems are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in large-scale, mission-critical environments and a strong understanding of data center infrastructure including power distribution, UPS and generator systems, cooling plants, CRAH/CRAC units, controls (BMS/EPMS), fire protection, and redundancy strategies (N+1, 2N).
