  • Deliver thorough, accurate, competitive cost estimates through all design phases - concept to permit
  • Review drawings, manage preconstruction meetings, and define proposal specifications/scope
  • Analyze historical cost data for future estimating accuracy
  • Provide design assistance and feasibility support to clients, design teams, and internal project teams
  • Lead bid solicitations, prepare complete bid packages, and coordinate RFP responses
  • Develop detailed scopes of work for subcontractors and manage communication throughout bidding
  • Create preliminary project schedules and assist with final contracted schedules
  • Evaluate potential contract, cost, constructability, and insurance risks
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Identify new project opportunities and contribute to strategic pursuits
