Job Description
- Design MEP Systems:
- Develop and design integrated mechanical (HVAC), electrical, and plumbing systems for construction projects.
- Technical Documentation:
- Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, schedules, and cost estimates using software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
- Coordination:
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems into the overall building design.
- Compliance & Regulations:
- Ensure designs comply with all relevant building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Site Visits & Supervision:
- Conduct site visits to gather project-specific information, resolve technical issues during installation, and ensure the accuracy of installations.
