Job Description

  • Design MEP Systems:
  • Develop and design integrated mechanical (HVAC), electrical, and plumbing systems for construction projects.
  • Technical Documentation:
  • Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, schedules, and cost estimates using software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Coordination:
  • Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems into the overall building design.
  • Compliance & Regulations:
  • Ensure designs comply with all relevant building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
  • Site Visits & Supervision:
  • Conduct site visits to gather project-specific information, resolve technical issues during installation, and ensure the accuracy of installations.
  • Energy Efficiency:
  • Perform calculations and simulations to optimize system performance and design energy-efficient solutions.
  • Technical Support:
  • Provide technical advice and support during all phases of the project, from planning to post-construction maintenance.
  • Quality Control:
  • Review contractor submittals, drawings, and installation method statements to ensure compliance with the MEP design plan.
