MEP Project Manager

• Understand the Project Scope and plan the execution with design, procurement and construction teams.
• Review shop drawings, materials submittal, and method statements to ensure the smooth running of the project.
• Ensures all works carried comply with the mechanical drawings and project specifications as stipulated.
• Manage all teams present at site- execution, safety, quality.
• Indent for material, tools, equipment according to project requirements.
• Coordinate with the client, Head Office and vendors to ensure smooth delivery.
• Conduct site inspections to ascertain standards of safety, material quality & correct installation methodologies are being met.
• Maintains job records, text reports and similar documentation.
• Allocate Resources as per Project Requirement.
• Manage project schedules to meet deadlines.
