Summary
Mortenson is currently seeking a MEP Project Manager II responsible for providing overall direction and leadership on MEP dominant projects or MEP scopes of work on medium to large projects, managing project quality, timeliness, and safety, mentoring the project team, and developing and enhancing customer relationships through excellent service.
Responsibilities
Manage the overall financial health of projects, including financial projections, cost codes, invoices, and monthly owner billings.
Oversee budget and selection of trade partners and suppliers, handle billings and contract management, and manage the 3‑D coordination and commissioning processes.
Lead project closeout activities, including operations and maintenance manuals, model turnover, and training.
Manage Assistant Project Manager(s) and Project Engineer(s), providing job assignments, career development, and performance feedback.
