POSITION SUMMARY

The MEP Project Manager (MEP Projects) will oversee end-to-end planning,

coordination, execution, and billing closure across multiple ongoing sites.

The role demands proactive interface with clients, architects, consultants, and

vendors , ensuring that design intent, execution quality, and financial milestones

are seamlessly achieved.

A strong command of modern project-tracking and productivity tools is essential

for hybrid monitoring of site performance, resources, and deliverables .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage multiple MEP projects concurrently—from design validation to
  • commissioning and client handover.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, and client representatives for design
  • approvals and technical compliance.
  • Deploy and supervise vendors / subcontractors, ensuring timely execution
  • aligned with approved GFC drawings.
  • Review and get approval for shop drawings, submittals, and method
  • statements in coordination with design teams.
  • Track project schedules, material deliveries, and manpower utilization through
  • digital project dashboards.
  • Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and statutory standards (CPWD / IS / NBC
  • / CEA / IEC codes).
  • Drive RA billing, certification, reconciliation, and finalization in close
  • coordination with accounts & clients.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and productivity improvements during
  • execution.
  • Provide regular progress reports, risk registers, and resource forecasts to
  • management.
  • Lead weekly coordination meetings—onsite and virtual—to align technical,
  • commercial, and administrative fronts.
  • Mentor site engineers and supervisors to ensure consistent performance
  • across all project locations.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering (Master’s
  • preferred).
  • 10+ years’ experience in MEP project execution, with 5+ years in a multi-site
  • lead role.
  • Familiarity with CPWD, NBCC, MES, or institutional projects required.
  • Knowledge of MS Project, Primavera, and collaboration tools (Teams, Asana, or
  • Zoho Projects).
  • Strong understanding of contracts, variation claims, and project billing
  • mechanisms.
  • PMP / Equivalent Project Management Certification desirable.
