MEP Project Manager

Role Overview
The MEP Project Manager will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of Amazon projects from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover. This is a senior, client-facing role requiring strong technical expertise, commercial awareness, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery
Lead the full lifecycle of MEP packages across Amazon commercial developments
Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, and resource allocation
Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations in line with design and specification
Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure works meet contractual obligations
Manage commissioning and handover processes
