The role involves cost estimation, budgeting, BOQ development, contract management, and financial control to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed cost estimates for MEP systems including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components

- Develop and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQs) with accuracy aligned to project specifications
