MEP Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a diligent MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all costs related to MEP projects from initial calculations to the final figures.

• Prepare and review detailed cost estimates for MEP projects.
• Analyze drawings and specifications to accurately estimate materials, equipment, and labor costs.
• Conduct cost analysis, cost control, and value engineering throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure cost-effective solutions and timely completion of projects.
• Provide regular financial progress reports to management and clients.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and changes to ensure accurate cost estimations.
