(MEP) Senior Cost Manager – Data Centre

Role Summary

As a Senior Cost Manager for Data Centre Projects with an MEP focus, you will oversee cost planning, budgeting, and commercial management across highly service‑driven and fast‑paced data centre developments. You will lead both pre‑ and post‑contract activities, ensure strong financial governance, and support decision‑making for key building services packages such as electrical and mechanical works. You will collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.

• Promote a collaborative, supportive, and accountable team culture.
• Mentor junior team members and support their growth, especially in areas related to MEP‑intensive projects.
