MATT Construction, the General Contractor that built such iconic structures as and is seeking an MEP Senior Project Manager to join our team.

The Senior Project Manager – MEP oversees all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Low-Voltage scopes on a large-scale commercial construction project. This role manages MEP trades, ensuring all systems are designed, coordinated, procured, installed, and commissioned according to contract requirements, schedule milestones, safety expectations, and MATT quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all phases of MEP project delivery—from preconstruction through commissioning
  • Manage large scale ($100M+) in MEP subcontractor scope
  • Administer procurement, contracts, cost control, forecasting, and schedule integration
  • Coordinate with design teams, BIM/VDC, commissioning agents, and field leadership
