MEP SUPERVISOR-FM

Overview

Oversee daily operations of MEP maintenance staff and contractors. Ensure all MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are maintained and operational. Coordinate and supervise maintenance schedules and tasks. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for MEP systems. Respond to emergency repairs and manage corrective maintenance. Ensure all repairs are carried out promptly and efficiently. Ensure all MEP systems comply with local and national safety regulations. Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments. Implement safety protocols and training for staff. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs. Prepare reports on system performance, maintenance activities, and budget expenditures. Use Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking and reporting. Provide training and development opportunities for maintenance staff. Ensure staff are updated with the latest industry standards and technologies.
