MEP Supervisor

We are working with 100+ premium clients across Bangalore , Hyderabad, Coimbatore, Chennai. We are looking for Shift Engineer role for facility. Facility maintenance team will comprise of Housekeeping, Safety, Power and Water Management team.  

Roles & Responsibilities:  

• Ensure the operation and maintenance of all Technical work on the site.  
  

• Ensure com plaints are addressed by allocating technician s/Staffs  
  

• Plan, Schedule, and implement 52 Preventive Maintenance Schedules for all Continental MEP assets.  
  

• Maintain inventory and report the statu s  
  

• Plan shift roster for team and ensure team attendance  
  

• Report status to FM via email  
  

• Provide administrative support  
  

• Interact with customers through e-mails/calls  
  

Skills:  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills  
  

• Excellent technical skills in MEP  
  

• Ready to work in project in client place.  
  

• Ability to work in a team environment  
  

• Strong multitasking skills  
  

• Proficiency in MS Office  
  

• Qualifications: BE/B-Tech in EEE, Civil, Mechanical.  
  

• Language: English, Tamil
