We are looking for Shift Engineer role for facility. Facility maintenance team will comprise of Housekeeping, Safety, Power and Water Management team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Ensure the operation and maintenance of all Technical work on the site.
Ensure complaints are addressed by allocating technicians/Staffs
Plan, Schedule, and implement 52 Preventive Maintenance Schedules for all Continental MEP assets.
Maintain inventory and report the status
Plan shift roster for team and ensure team attendance
Report status to FM via email
Provide administrative support
Interact with customers through e-mails/calls
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent technical skills in MEP
Ready to work in project in client place.
Ability to work in a team environment
Strong multitasking skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Qualifications: BE/B-Tech in EEE, Civil, Mechanical.
Language: English, Tamil
Location: Chennai
