MEP System Specialist

Job Overview

The Facility Manager oversees the operation and maintenance of MEP systems ensuring compliance with industry standards and optimal performance.

  • Develops comprehensive maintenance plans for HVAC electrical distribution plumbing fire protection BMS;

  • Conducts regular audits of MEP systems to identify areas for improvement;

  • Provides technical support troubleshooting equipment failures;

  • Monitors energy consumption patterns implements energy-saving initiatives;
