MEP-TECHNICAL SERVICES MANAGER

Our client is an international contractor company specializing mainly in fitting out and A&A projects.

They currently have a requirement for an MEP MANAGER to join the expanding team in Singapore.

Requirements:

  • Degree Holder/ Higher Diploma/Higher Certificate in Building Services, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years relevant experience on coordination of MEP services for interior and A&A projects
  • Familiar with MEP/Building Services requirements and standards
  • Design and site coordination with contractors, nominated sub contractors
  • Review consultants drawings and specifications
  • Experience working on office, retail, fitout projects
  • Good command of English
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and can work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD (preferred)
