Job Description

An MEPF Associate Manager in the Construction Management Department is responsible for planning, supervising, and coordinating mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection (MEPF) systems in construction project. The role involves design review, project scheduling, site inspections, contractor management, and ensuring compliance with safety codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage timelines for MEPF works (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection).
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to align schedules.
  • Review and interpret engineering plans.
  • Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
  • Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of MEPF systems.
