A leading real estate development company is seeking a QS Cost Control Engineer 2 to manage project costs and maintain financial health. Responsibilities include preparing BOQ, monitoring costs, and managing contractor billing. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably with MEPFS background, and at least two years of experience in cost control. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD are essential. This position is located in General Trias, Cavite.
