About the Role:

Reporting to the Branch Manager you will provide exceptional customer service through prompt and efficient response to all customer enquiries, as well as accurate and timely processing of customer orders for fertiliser and Merchandise accounts. You will also assist with managing sales, inventory & driving performance of merchandise products.

In addition, you will:

• Perform general administrative tasks including stock control, ordering, receipting, and dispatching of goods
• Assist customers with account and product enquiries
• Process counter sales
• Maintain safety processes
• Maintain a welcoming, friendly, and well-presented store environment
