Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned outlets to ensure high standards of merchandising and sales performance.
  • Collaborate with store teams to maintain consistent product displays and optimize sales.
  • Assist in training and guiding junior merchandisers to ensure execution of company strategies and standards.
  • Serve as liaison between management and store teams to communicate business objectives clearly.
  • Monitor stock levels and notify buyers promptly to prevent out-of-stock issues.
  • Build relationship with buyers and store owners to improve merchandising processes and sales.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing merchandising strategies and suggest improvements to boost sales.

Academic Qualifications

Candidates must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
