Duties and Responsibilities:
Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Manage assigned outlets to ensure high standards of merchandising and sales performance.

+ Collaborate with store teams to maintain consistent product displays and optimize sales.

+ Assist in training and guiding junior merchandisers to ensure execution of company strategies and standards.

+ Serve as liaison between management and store teams to communicate business objectives clearly.

+ Monitor stock levels and notify buyers promptly to prevent out-of-stock issues.

+ Build relationship with buyers and store owners to improve merchandising processes and sales.

+ Identify opportunities for enhancing merchandising strategies and suggest improvements to boost sales.

Academic Qualification(s):
Candidates must possess at least SPM or equivalent.

Work Experience / Skills Requirement(s):

+ 1-2 years of experience in retails or sales.

+ Skills include product knowledge, inventory management, data analysis, and understanding of visual merchandising principles.
