Our client is a sizable retail brand based in UK with subsidies over the world. Their Hong Kong office as a buying hub is responsible for potential buying activities.

  • Follow up the entire stage of orders processing, including but not limited to sourcing, costing, sampling, production and shipment
  • Be the bridge to coordinate with UK customers to collect and translate the order specification and requirements to factories
  • Work closely with QA teams for risk assessment and inspection to ensure the development and production is in line with the product specification and fulfil the UK entry requirements
  • Manage the production process and keep close communication with vendors and factories to ensure the production and delivery are on track
