We're Hiring | Merchandiser at Fitkin
As we scale Fitkin, India's size-inclusive, performance-first activewear brand, we're looking to onboard a strong, detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our in-house team.
This role is ideal for someone who loves building products from scratch, understands quality deeply, and wants to grow with a fast-moving D2C brand.
Location: Delhi NCR
Role: Full-time | On-site
What You'll Own:
• End-to-end merchandising: sampling → production → delivery
• Vendor coordination, costing & timelines
• Fabric, trims & raw material planning
• Quality, fit & construction checks
• Production tracking & MIS
• Cross-functional coordination with design & supply chain
What We're Looking For:
• 2–5 years experience in apparel/activewear
• Strong sourcing & vendor management skills
• Deep understanding of fabrics, fits & finishes
• Highly organised, ownership mindset
• Comfortable in high-growth startup environments
