Responsibilities
Lead & supervise Merchandising Team on all projects & production related matters in an appropriate and cost-effective way Oversee product management, project timeline and track on-time delivery performance Manage project planning from concept, development, order taking, production to supply chain strategically Monitor production schedule with Vendors proactively Ensure smooth running of the whole merchandising process from project development, product management, supplier sourcing, vendor selection and quality management to product delivery Review streamline process and practices to cope with the latest technology, improving efficiency with data automation, and making recommendations for continuous improvement Establish excellent working relationship and provide quality service, ensuring speedy resolution to both internal parties...
