The Role and the Team
As Merchandising Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the day-to-day member experience across Blue Light Card’s app and website. Reporting into the Head of Content Marketing, you’ll be responsible for managing and optimising the flow of deals, offers and priority content to ensure members see the most relevant, valuable and engaging content at the right time.
This role owns the homepage experience across both app and web, balancing commercial priorities with member value. Alongside deal-based merchandising, you’ll also champion non-deal initiatives such as Member Days, Shopping Cards, Cinema, Money & Finance content and Blue Light Tickets. It’s a role that combines strong organisation, commercial thinking and data-led decision making, working closely with teams across partnerships, marketing, content, product and tech.
