Responsibilities




  • Supervise the Merchandising Team on close orders follow up on production & production planning areas

  • Monitor sales forecast, production planning and schedule with factories

  • Work out and Prepare scheduling & sales confirmation, etc.

  • Monitor the delivery schedule and coordinate with product development / engineering team

  • Follow up customers and factories independently

  • Monitor and control MO balance & inventory level



    • Requirements




  • Degree holder

  • At least 8-10 years working experience in Halloween/Toys industry, in which 2 years at managerial level

  • Knows and works for US, Canada, Mexico direct import quotations and shipments

  • Experience in production planning is required

  • Proficient in MS Excel & Word a must
