Roles & Responsibilities
Shape what Hello December sells and how it looks in the world.
Plan and build collections that feel curated, not cluttered.
Find great vendors, onboard them and build strong partnerships.
Negotiate pricing, quality, timelines and MOQs like a pro.
Lead private label product development from idea to shelf.
Own costing, margins and product-level commercial thinking.
Work with styling, design and sales teams to launch products.
Track performance and refine assortments based on real data.
Must Have
Experience in sourcing or merchandising for home or lifestyle brands.
Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of costing, pricing and product development.
Ability to juggle taste and commercials together.
Good to Have
Exposure to private label or export-focused brands.
