Merchant Operations Executive

We are looking for a hands‑on, service‑oriented Merchant Operations Executive to support our growing network of merchant partners. This role involves on‑site training , hardware deployment , technical troubleshooting , and logistics coordination . You’ll play a critical role in ensuring that merchants are fully set up, trained, and operational, providing a seamless experience from onboarding to ongoing support.

What you’ll do…

On‑Site Merchant Support & Training

• Conduct on‑site visits to merchant locations for onboarding, training, and support.
• Provide in‑person training on systems, devices, and tools to ensure merchants are confident using our platform.
• Troubleshoot technical or operational issues on‑site, including device setup, network/configuration problems, or user errors.
