Merchant Operations Executive

We are looking for a hands-on, service-oriented Merchant Operations Executive to support our growing network of merchant partners. This role involves on-site training, hardware deployment, technical troubleshooting, and logistics coordination. Youll play a critical role in ensuring that merchants are fully set up, trained, and operational,  providing a seamless experience from onboarding to ongoing support.

What you'll do...

On-Site Merchant Support & Training

• Conduct on-site visits to merchant locations for onboarding, training, and support.
  

• Provide in-person training on systems, devices, and tools to ensure merchants are confident using our platform.
  

• Troubleshoot technical or operational issues on-site, including device setup, network/configuration problems, or user errors.
