  • GCE N/O/NITEC – Must have admin experience 

  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience 

  • Prior experience with document digitization projects (transition from hardcopy to softcopy) will be an advantage 

  • Meticulous and able to work under tight deadlines 

  • Conscientious & team player 

  • Good interpersonal & communication skills 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 
  • What you'll be doing on the job

  • Receive files and documents containing past merchant records from vendor 

  • Sorting and repacking of files and documents based on established criteria 

  • Scanning required documents according to the established process and ensuring quality and correctness. 

  • Maintain document integrity & security
