Head / Lead: Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
Industry: Auto Component Manufacturing (MNC Group)
Plants: 4 Manufacturing Plants across India
Location: Pune – Chakan
Experience: 10+ Years
CTC: ₹35–38 LPA
Qualification: MBA (Finance) / CFA (Mandatory)
Role Objective
To lead and execute the end-to-end Mergers & Acquisitions strategy for the group, including target identification, due diligence, valuation, deal structuring, negotiation, and seamless pre- and post-merger integration to drive inorganic growth and long-term value creation.
Key Responsibilities
M&A Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute M&A strategy aligned with the group’s growth plans.
- Identify acquisition, joint venture, and strategic investment opportunities in India and overseas.
- Conduct financial modeling, valuation (DCF, Comparable, Precedent Transactions), and business case preparation.
- Lead negotiations, term sheets, SPA, SHA, and transaction closure.
