We are hiring a Lead Developer (MERN Stack Developer), who also has technical skills in JavaScript, Dot Net Technologies with 2 years of experience.


Salary: 25000- 30000.


Location : Technopark


Responsibilities

  • Ability to translate Wireframes and PSD Designs into functional web apps using HTML5, AngularJS, React , Node.js, and Mongo

  • Binding of UI elements to JavaScript object models

  • Creating RESTful services with Node.js

  • Architect scalable web architectures

  • Work in a cross-functional team to deliver a complete user experience

  • Create Unit and Integration tests to ensure the quality of code

  • Be responsive to change requests and feature requests

  • Write code that is cross-platform and cross-device compatible

  • Ability to wear many hats and learn new technologies quicklyRequirements

  •  In-depth knowledge of advanced concepts in architecting & designing solution in MERN stack technology and able to provide optimal solution to meet functional & non functional requirements

  •  In-depth knowledge of best practices and tools to do effective code reviews, mentor the team

  •  Thorough knowledge of requirements elicitation, analysis and techniques to define and document requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of standard architectural principles, models, patterns and ability to provide inputs for the solution architecture

  •  Thorough knowledge of Estimation techniques  Knowledge of Agile/SDLC models

  •  Knowledge in work allocation, tracking etc.

  • Should be able to access the team, set team goals based on abilities, resolves issues within the team constructively.
