<table class="Table" style="margin-left:0px; border-collapse:collapse; border:solid windowtext 1.0pt"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="border:solid windowtext 1.0pt; width:116.75pt; border-top:none; padding:0in 5.4pt 0in 5.4pt" valign="top" width="156"> <p><b>POSITION</b></p> </td> <td style="border-bottom:solid windowtext 1.0pt; width:350.4pt; border-top:none; border-left:none; border-right:solid windowtext 1.0pt; padding:0in 5.4pt 0in 5.4pt" valign="top" width="467"> <p><b>MES Analyst</b></p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td style="border:solid windowtext 1.0pt; width:116.75pt; border-top:none; padding:0in 5.4pt 0in 5.4pt" valign="top" width="156"> <p><b>LOCATION</b></p> </td> <td style="border-bottom:solid windowtext 1.0pt; width:350.4pt; border-top:none; border-left:none; border-right:solid windowtext 1.0pt; padding:0in 5.4pt 0in 5.4pt" valign="top" width="467"> <p><b>Tampa, FL 4 days onsite</b></p> <p><b> </b><b>Open to relocation!</b></p> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <p> </p> <p><b><u>Essential Job Functions:</u></b></p> <ul> <li>Responsible for designing, improving and supporting critical MES functionality and integrated processes with SAP in areas such as PP, QM and PM</li> <li>Design and maintain integration interfaces between MES and SAP (BAPI, IDoc, APIs, SAP MII, or other middleware).</li> <li>Lead end-to-end initiatives, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and hyper-care.</li> <li>Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and third-party vendors to align scope, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery.</li> <li>Configure and support SAP & MES solutions aligned with global template standards, ensuring system and process integrity.</li> <li>Manage data migration activities, including master data and open transactional data, in compliance with MDM and archival requirements.</li> <li>Develop and execute testing, training, and change management activities to ensure successful adoption and continuity of business processes.</li> </ul> <p><b><u>Required Skills</u></b><b>:</b></p> <ul> <li>Expertise in design, delivery and support of related SAP module (PM, PP, QM) and extensive knowledge of integration points across SAP modules.</li> <li>Strong manufacturing domain expertise in discrete or process manufacturing, including production, quality, and maintenance processes.</li> <li>Strong analytical skills, including experience with data analysis, data mapping/modeling, ETL, and synthesizing data into metrics and insights.</li> <li>Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting ability, with a strong desire to solve complex business problems through an understanding of business processes, MES & ERP structures, and system capabilities.</li> <li>Ability to propose, evaluate, and communicate effective solutions while working independently in a dynamic, change-oriented environment.</li> <li>Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; collaborative team player able to work effectively across multiple functions.</li> <li>Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a continuous learning mindset and experience developing and delivering training materials.</li> </ul> <p><b><u>Education and Experience</u></b><b>:</b></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.</li> <li>Five (5) plus years of experience implementing MES systems.</li> <li>Three (3) plus years of experience in the manufacturing industry.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Experience with S4 and/or professional certification.</li> <li>Experience participating in change management for an organization preferred</li> <li>Experience with MES Systems: SAP ME/MII, Siemens Opcenter, Wonderware/AVEVA, DELMIA Apriso, or equivalent.</li> <li>Experience with SAP Integration: BAPI, IDoc, RFCs, SAP MII, SAP Plant Connectivity.</li> <li>Experience with Databases & Analytics: SQL, relational databases & data mapping</li> <li>Experience with Automation & Shop-Floor Systems: PLCs, SCADA, IoT sensors, OPC UA connectivity.</li> <li>Experience Programming / Scripting: Python, Java, VBScript, or equivalent for MES configuration or automation.</li> <li>Experience with or Certification in Process Improvement: Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, OEE analysis, workflow optimization.</li> <li>Experience as a power user of SAP's BDC tools such as Datasphere, SAC, BW or similar</li> </ul>
