• 10+ years of Solution Architect level experience.
• 10+ years of experience in building or using an MES in the EMS industry.
• Strong understanding of MES solutions (e.g., Siemens Opcenter, Critical Manufacturing, Rockwell MES, etc), ERP integration and their integration with other CIM applications.
• Proven experience in driving technical direction and creating high-level designs.
• Excellent mentoring and training skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to create clear and concise documentation and presentations.
• Drive the technical direction for the SmartFactory MES for EMS product, including detailed requirement, architecture and high-level design.
